Our hospitalisation counsellors and nurses supervise the hospital admission process. They confirm appointments and answer any questions you may have. If hospitalisation is necessary in your case, you will receive the right support to ensure that your admission takes place smoothly, without stress or unnecessary paperwork.
Hospitalisation counsellors and nurses provide full support throughout the entire process – from the moment the decision is made for you to stay in hospital until the day you are discharged. For instance, they:
- indicate the place of hospitalisation and arrange a suitable date
- coordinate pre-hospital care, including assistance with arranging the tests or consultations required before surgery;
- organise hospital admission and provide support throughout your stay;
- help to schedule follow-up appointments after hospitalisation, as well as rehabilitation after surgery or other procedures
- coordinate medical transport where necessary
- remain available throughout the hospital treatment process should you have any questions or concerns.
