Hospitalization Counselors and Nurses oversee the hospital admission process. They confirm appointments and answer all questions. If hospitalization is necessary in your case, you will receive the appropriate assistance so that your admission to the hospital will take place in a comfortable manner, without stress and unnecessary paperwork.
Hospitalization Counselors and Hospitalization Nurses provide full support throughout - from the moment the decision is made to stay in the hospital until you leave it, among other things:
- indicate the place of hospitalization and agree on the date of hospitalization
- coordinate care prior to hospitalization, including helping to arrange the necessary tests or consultations required before surgery
- arrange hospital admission and support during hospital stay
- help schedule follow-up appointments after a hospital stay and rehabilitation after a procedure or surgery
- coordinate the organization of sanitary transport when the medical need arises
- Are available to you throughout the hospital treatment process if you have any questions or concerns about it
